Shots, Shots, Shots Shot Shots

I have added some shots here I have taken over the past few days. I wanted to elaborate on one.

I Have never seen an owl in person. I have seen photos only. I have always admired their eyes. Their seeming patience. These were 10 feet away from my bed. Their were 8 in the tree. Jim noticed them in the falling sun. I ran to go get my camera and had to switch the lenses. The sun was setting fast. Luckily they were still there. I snapped while I prayed that I would get these shots. The lighting was very dim and they blended in with the trees. But here He is.

This one was in the limb next to him peaking out. I am liking this one too.

Their eyes, all Owls eyes, are mesmerizing. I am always captivated by the many photos I have seen of these majestic birds. People refer to the Owl as wise. They are always illustrated through out our youth as the teacher, The Knower. The one you go to for answers on lollipops and life; for which they will teach you through making you teach yourself, the philosopher. The Buddha of birds. I feel, with out knowing, people subconsciously have portrayed these creatures as such because they, without a doubt, carry galaxies in their eyes. Google photos and you will see. They are wise because they carry the knowledge of all connectedness. They prey at night usng the light of a billion stars to pass wisdom, and eat.

And here are some other honorable mentions. You can click on them to make them bigger!
